We use an innovation management and open innovation methodology, which allows us to innovate assertively in what really matters. We study the company’s strategical challenges in depth, mainly by mapping the processes and identifying the main inefficiencies and the related KPIs. Based on this understanding, we look for solutions and technologies that address these inefficiencies and conduct pilot projects to test the solutions. Thus, we assess the impact of these solutions and technologies on CSN Group based on measurable indicators. Finally, we assist the roll-out of the solutions in an organized manner within the company.
